Cosmos V2

£2,800.00

Available to ship from june 30th

Chaotic, layered, still becoming.

The darker tones hold the parts of us we don’t always show…
The grief… The memories… The versions of ourselves we survived through.
And that light in the centre? That’s the part of us that keeps going. The hope that survives every collision.
people are a lot like galaxies… we’re made of chaos, light, distance, and depth… and somehow… all of it still turns into something beautiful.

The first piece in this series was a big success, I loved how much it resonated with people and I loved the difference between what everyone saw when they looked at it. It was inspiring and made me build on that for Cosmos V2. I used what I felt when looking at the painting and evolved. I loved being able to go deeper and brighter with the colours and working on the layers of galaxies to represent the many collisions that happen above us all the time and relate that back to the collisions that happen in all of our lives every day.

This piece has been created on a wooden canvas, the first of its kind for my work.
